Beggar’s Choice Dog Biscuits are hand-made in our country kitchen at Ashbrooke, an 18th Century home located in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire.  The yummy biscuits are lovingly made with all natural, human-grade ingredients, including a vitamin and nutrient-rich, organic sea kelp meal from Maine-based North American Kelp; the finest preservative-free bacon from North Country Smokehouse of Claremont, N.H.; together with Teddy Peanut Butter of Massachusetts! YUM! An audited supply chain is maintained for tracking these special ingredients, all of which are made in the U.S.A.
The idea to make these delicious treats came from a friend’s thoughtfulness. She made biscuits for our Aussie, who begged for more! The recipe was obtained and then developed into a natural, wholesome and much-loved dog treat (often enjoyed by people!). Many friends and experienced business owners contributed much helpful advice along the way, and the result is a wonderful, growing company built from not-so-random acts of kindness!
